  Went to Friendly's yesterday and ordered a double sliders meal. Got a single slider and ice-cold fries instead — though the ice cream was at least correct.
  
  I called and spoke with Mariah, who was polite and offered to remake the entire meal, leaving a ticket so I could pick it up the following day. That seemed like a fair resolution.
  
  Came back tonight around 7:25 PM. No ticket. No one knew what I was there for. They kept asking for a receipt that was never given to me in the first place. I had to show them proof of my phone call with the manager and my payment from the day before just to confirm I had actually been there. After about 10 minutes, they agreed to comp the meal.
  
  After waiting even longer for the food to be made, they handed me two single sliders and nothing else — still not the double sliders meal I had originally ordered, and not what I clarified at the window. The drive-thru closed before I could address it and did not re-open, so I had to go inside and explain everything from the start again.
  
  The manager on shift was polite and I appreciate that, but she mentioned they weren't sure what I was supposed to be getting — which isn't really on me, given that I clearly stated at the window that it was for the full double sliders meal from the day before. The whole ordeal was just exhausting. I didn't get back to my car with the food until 7:50 PM.
  
  The staff I interacted with were polite, but there seemed to be confusion between shifts that made the process much longer than it needed to be.
  
  Two trips, a long wait, and confusion between shifts — it shouldn't have been this complicated. Do yourself a favor and double-check your order before you leave, because getting it corrected is a much bigger process than it should be.

  I came here to celebrate my little sister’s birthday and it was truly a wonderful experience. The service was great I’m not sure the name of my server but he was very attentive and kind. Food and ice cream was amazing. The team came out to sing happy birthday we enjoyed dining here and will definitely be back. Thank you!

  My family and I stopped by Friendly’s today to try their $9 Super Lunch Special, and it was a great experience! I ordered the Honey BBQ SuperMelt, and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was packed with crispy chicken, smoky bacon, melted cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce, all on perfectly grilled bread. The side of fries was hot and crispy, making the meal even better.
  
  I also want to give a special shoutout to our waitress, Emily! She was absolutely amazing super friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was top notch. Her service truly made our visit even better!

  “This was my first Friendly’s experience in Massachusetts since moving from Florida, and it didn’t disappoint. Our waitress was warm and welcoming, and the meal was exactly what I hoped for—delicious and comforting. Dining at Friendly’s gave me such a cozy feeling. I was especially delighted to see the ‘Happy Ending’ menu, which made my mind wander a bit (I’m so bad!). After that meal, all I wanted was a nap under a shady tree with a gentle breeze”
