Never heard of Baleadas before, but after my breakfast order here, I’m sold. I guess you could call them giant tacos — big tortillas (handmade in-house) st■ with scrambled eggs, refried beans, avocado and queso. Oh man, did it hit the spot; perfect fluffy eggs inside two warm tortillas, some fiery salsas and I was set. Our service dude was superb - easygoing, friendly, full of good info and Johnny -on -the.spot with food requests. A big space with tall ceilings with daylight up front but kinda dark in back. Some seats outside too. Pleasant enough.
It was too early to hit the bottle for me, but their cocktail program looks awesome as well.
Will definitely put this place in the brunch rotation .

All of it is delicious. Waffle and fried chicken, French toast and the hash were excellent. I hot a side of gravy because I love it was super tasty. We will definitely be back.

Friend suggested this as a good spot for breakfast. They were right! Friendly staff, good selections, vegan options too, and a drink selection to top the breakfast charts! Enjoyed the loaded hash browns and friend had the chicken & waffles. Definitely visiting again soon!

I had the Spanish coffee, fresh squeezed OJ and a Honduras Baleadas dish that was epic! Sam was behind the bar and she was amazing with the presentation of the Spanish coffee. It was exactly what I needed while I was in my favorite city. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. I went around 930am and got a spot at the bar easily.

I’ll definitely be back here for brunch. Casual but super cute vibe. Great service. Great food. Pictured are the chicken and waffles, one biscuit & gravy with fried onions, and the Honduran Baleadas. I got the half-and-half chicken and waffles, but I’d probably just stick with the bacon maple version again and not the lime/cilanto. The tortillas are really good. Very glad we got the biscuit and gravy to share.
