  Had an 8 piece wings and mozzarella wedges. The skin on the wings was crispy, and meat juicy. Service was great and ill be back to eat again.

  This was my first time trying this place after living out this way for over a year. I was not disappointed in the least. The pizza was A1 and the wings were even better. This will def be my go to place for a good pizza and wing night. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and superb food!

  Stopped by to see a local band play - The Coves - and to grab some food. This was our first time here.
  
  First off the Jalapeño poppers were POPPIN’. A must have. These weren’t your run of the milk frozen poppers. These were freshly made in house.
  
  The salt, vinegar, and garlic wings were on point. The wings had a nice crisp to them and the flavor was spot onnnLastly we ordered a sausage, pepper, and onion pizza. The toppings were perfect. The dough had a nice blend of that “made at home taste” and traditional crust. It wasn’t overly seasoned.
  
  I also want to mention the waitress. She was covering roughly 7-8 tables and a bar full of people and still managed to be attentive and friendly. Great job!
  
  The ONLY critique would be the temp in the tavern. It was 92 outside so I understand the AC having a hard time keeping up but it was a little warm in there.

  The owners were very nice and gave great suggestions on food and made us feel more than welcome. The hot weiner pizza special tasted like a hot weiner sandwich. Very good. The crust on the pizza was crisp and chewy at the same time - a definite plus 👍although it is a bit of a drive for me, I will definitely be back!

  The owners have made this place, a cozy, comfortable, friendly, local environment! They do different things every week, mix of ages. But great size, great aesthetic, good vibes. When you walk in you feel welcomed & feel like part of a small family. That Flat River Tav Fam❤️Not too loud, not boring. Perfect for a date night, a night out, whatever you're looking to do Flat River Tavern will make you feel like you're right where you should be🤗
