★ 4The Power Breakfast Bowl was a delightful start to the day, featuring protein-packed quinoa, Italian sausage, house-roasted tomatoes, crimini mushrooms, kale, Parmesan, lemon white balsamic dressing, EVOO, and two basted cage-free eggs. It was truly satisfying. We also enjoyed the Morning Meditation Fresh Juice, a refreshing blend of orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar, and beet, with honey caramel crunch ice. Both drinks were excellent. We opted for takeout due to the busy morning and a movie to catch, but I’m confident the service would have been superb if we had dined in.

★ 5First visit and definitely not the last. Absolutely beautiful fresh food and drinks with excellent friendly service. Some of the best food I’ve ever had in Orlando. I would highly suggest paying this place a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

★ 5The staff here somehow knows what you want before you even ask! The hospitality is truly top-notch. Mariana, our waitress, made us feel right at home. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. The breakfast is fresh, fast, and absolutely delicious! The general manager, John, was so sweet and gave us a to go bag of the creamers we liked! So awesome.

★ 5We had a wonderful experience at First Watch! I ordered the Elevated Egg Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly prepared and full of flavor. My husband went with the Pumpkin Pancake and it was a great surprise as well — fluffy, light, and with just the right touch of spice.
The service was outstanding, especially from Dacarus, who welcomed us with great attention and kindness, making our meal even more enjoyable.
We’ll definitely be back!
