  Wow this place is delicious. The pancakes are bigger than your head (you really only need one) and the egg dishes are equally as good. We’ll be back! We had one lemon ricotta pancake, the market hash and the Floridian French toast

  This place has a breakfast bar to sit at and get fast orders, high ceilings and good seating. I go to first watch because they have some of the best healthiest choices that are super tasty. My server was with me directly took my order made good suggestions based off of my specific needs of the day. I got the traditional breakfast scrambled with the chicken apple sausage patties and I opted for sourdough bread instead of toast along with the potatoes the strawberry jam was absolutely divine do that the whole thing tasted wonderful.

  Awesome breakfast spot. Son and I had their $1000 potatoes, mine was the skillet and it was amazing. The parmasean sauce was exceptional.

  In Green Hills after a medical procedure and needed to eat. Was craving breakfast after fasting all morning so decided to give First Watch a try. And what a good choice that was ! The atmosphere was contemporary, relaxed and welcoming - outside seating was also available. Service was friendly and generally attentive - didn't have to worry about waitress returning with drink refills as she left a carafe of hot, very good, coffee on the table. The menu has a nice variety of items. Food was served fairly quickly and was fresh, hot and cooked to order. Biscuits and sausage gravy with eggs and home fries hit the spot for me. I'll be looking forward to returning and trying other items soon.

  Stopped in for breakfast today and we were served by the one and only Leslie herself. My girl was on her game today serving hospitality left and right. She went over specials and gave her recommendations, making sure we were cared for the whole time. Making sure drinks stayed fresh and we had everything we needed. I went with the chimichurri steak and eggs hash and my tastebuds were delighted. The fresh spinach and peppers mixed with the savory steak and hearty potato’s topped with feta and fresh chimichurri sauce had me skipping with joy the rest of the day. Major shoutout to Leslie and her warmth, professionalism, and level of care. Service like this is hard to find! What a gem she is.
