Food was decent, but it wasn’t over the top. The server was great and the atmosphere was fine. I was a little disappointed in the million dollar bacon because of how much it shrink from what you saw in a bloody Mary because in a bloody Mary you get a strip of cold bacon that hasn’t been cooked and it was much bigger and more satisfying than the cooked million dollar bacon. It was a good place to meet with friends for a brunch.

This was my first time at First Watch Restaurant (FWR), and it did not disappoint. My sisters and I each ordered something different and shared bites around the table so we could try a little of everything.

All of FWR’s pancakes are multigrain, so I didn’t order them, but my sister did. She got the blueberry pancake and it covered the entire plate. It was thin, buttery, and absolutely delicious.

The waffles were light and airy, served with a ball of the softest butter and a blueberry compote on the side. The apple sausage patties were cooked perfectly. Another sister ordered the biscuits with turkey gravy and potatoes and raved about them. I dipped into her plate and snagged a few of the potatoes. They were well seasoned and so good I was tempted to order my own.

My other sister ordered the French toast, which had a similar texture to the waffles, light and not dense or heavy.

The whole meal felt comforting and down-home, like something grandma used to make. Simple, satisfying, and really good. I’ll definitely be back.

Consistently great experience every time I visit this location. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Breakfast and brunch options are excellent, whether you’re in the mood for something hearty or something lighter and healthier.

Service is friendly and attentive, even during busy hours, and the atmosphere is bright, clean, and relaxed perfect for meeting friends, family, or just enjoying a quiet morning meal. The fresh juices and coffee never disappoint.

Easily one of the best breakfast/brunch spots around Keystone at the Crossing. Highly recommend.
