  This is my 2nd time experiencing exit 153 restaurant by staying at the hotel. Both times exceeded my expectations. Absolutely the best garlic shrimp I ever had. We jokingly tried to buy the recipe from the waitress. The sauce was amazing especially dipping the Naan bread into the sauce. Also awesome ribs. Very good fries. Reasonable prices for everything. Great value for money.

  It's definitely the best spot to stop and eat on this highway. Super friendly stuff and delicious meals. We stopped here twice going to Moncton, and on the way back. I will save it for my future trips to Maritimes.

  It took a very long time to be seated and served, I don't know if they were understaffed as the restaurant seemed quiet when we arrived.
  
  We both ordered the burger with cheese. The ingredients were fresh but the secret sauce and the homemade pickles made the burger unpleasant.
  
  The fries were hot and plentiful. I'd get the fries but I'm not sure what else.

  We were a party of four and the other three patrons would have given a five star rating. for their meal; while good, mine was not the best I had experienced at this establishment. This was my partner's and my fifth or sixth visit and all four of us will return in thhe future. The waitress really knows how to connect with diners. She was sincerely cordial and pleasant without being overly present. She alone would be a compelling reason to return. The ambience was warm and inviting; we travel approximately 60 miles occasionally to eat at Exit 153.

  I had a very classic breakfast, but done with care: whole grain toast beautifully buttered, two eggs cooked just right, really good local smoked bacon, potatoes, and some fresh greens. Simple food, but everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully put together, and the presentation felt more like a small brunch café than a standard hotel breakfast.What also stood out was the service. The waitress was genuinely attentive and kind without being over the top—just that natural warmth that makes you feel looked after.Honestly, a lovely little hidden gem and a great start to the day. Looking forward to trying lunch or supper next time—I’m sure it won’t disappoint.
