We visited Eggsburgh two days in a row for breakfast because it was near our hotel. Eggsburgh is a cheerful restaurant with an extensive menu. My husband ordered the 2x2 breakfast or two eggs, two meats, and two pancakes. I ordered the two egg breakfast which came with a choice of two meats, hash browns or potatoes, and toast or fresh fruit. On the second day, my husband ordered the whole hog omelet. All orders were a lot of food and very tasty! I especially appreciated the fresh fruit since it is difficult to eat healthy when on the road. Our server, Gwen, was a delight. Highly recommend.

Nice restaurant, well maintained/decorated - all the food coming out looked good!

I got the mix & match - which I thought was a genius concept for someone who wants to try more than one thing!

    I got the:
Campers French Toast (recommended by my server) - the marshmallow were unfortunately rock hard and stale, and I don’t think they were supposed to be. (I told the waiter - but nothing was really rectified) { I just hope they threw the bag of stale marshmallows away so no one else gets the same situation}nnRed Velvet French Toast - the swirls of cream cheese and strawberries balanced it out so well, no syrup was needed. Really good.

Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes - I liked the brown sugar and sweet cream glaze, again I didn’t feel the need to add syrup!

& just a side of scrambled eggs - basic scrambled eggs! Table has hot sauce ready to go!

Food and service is really good. Food portions are large and are reasonably priced. Mostly breakfast options but also a good selection of lunch choices, like sandwiches and burgers. Breakfast tacos were great and I s믭 the house potatoes which were very good. Daughter loved the American burger! Can't go wrong with this place if you are in downtown Salt Lake.

Entire experience was amazing. Our server was attentive, the food was some of the best eggs Benedict I've had in years and the manager on duty was fully engaged with the shift, touching tables and making sure everyone had a great experience. We will absolutely be back next time we come to Salt Lake

This place is excellent. I'm not local. I'm from Idaho and we have eaten here a few times after driving down for concerts. The food is always super good, Service is attentive and very helpful. The green chillies Verde sauce is top tier. The mix and match French toast and pancakes is my favorite
