★ 3First time visiting this place. The service is very friendly and helpful. Everyone has a smile and is cheery. I got a standard breakfast platter and it was a bit lackluster. Everything tastes like it’s premade. It’s a chain/franchise so I understand that they have a certain standard that they must use but sheesh, it was all underwhelming. Every food item except for the eggs is obviously premade and that makes sense but throwing it on the grill for a minute or two to make it hot would go a long ways. It felt like it was scooped out of a warming tray and straight onto the plate. I can see why people enjoy coming here. Maybe next time I will go for a waffle or something that I know needs to be cooked to order. And the b&g gravy is gross.n*Update to response. My name is not Victoria but thanks for responding. If the server would have revisited my table after receiving my food, I may have opted to say something. She was busy with tickets and making more decaf coffee and I was not in a timely position to wait for a remake on my order. If the standard of service was better, I wouldn’t have to wait for a remake. Hot breakfast food should be served hot. Isn’t that the standard? Thanks for the passive aggressive response. Made my day.

★ 3Me and my wife visited for brunch. I had the the Boom BLT and my wife had a breakfast platter. Don’t know the name of her plate. I was really disappointed the way my $9 BLT looked. I would expect my bun to look like this from a low cost fast food restaurant off a $1 menu. (Check out the pic of my BLT). The bun had a sweet taste to it, lettuce was on one side and tomato on the other. It was mediocre at best. Brought this to the staff. Letting them know that just two slices of toast would have been better. I will not be getting this again. This is the second time visiting. The first time I went, I had eggs and waffles. Waffles were to my taste, undercooked. I had it replaced, to find out, it came out the same way.
Some of the dishes are good… I just had a hard time enjoying my brunch. -

★ 4Eggs Up Grill is a very cozy place to grab some breakfast. We went after my youngest son performed with the youth orchestra group at St Paul's Baptist Church. The food was filling and there are plenty of options to choose from. I was impressed with the different options of tea they had available too. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and you can tell she actually eats there. I'll definitely be going back to try different things they have to offer.

★ 1Eggs Up Grill you charged 28.00 dollars for this trash?? The order was build your own breakfast sandwich, bacon (extra bacon) and cheddar on toast and a sausage egg and cheddar on muffin. The cheese on the bacon and toast was pretty much non- existent and clearly no extra bacon. No egg on the muffin, sausauge patties were were rock hard and cheese put in a side cup. Eggs Up Grill is this the Quality of food you really want to serve your customers?!?! It's a shame to spend with tip (which wasn't warranted) over 30.00 for what was served to me. DO BETTER!!! I certainly will never come to your restaurant again and advise anyone I know to avoid your establishment!!! Ridiculous!!!!
