  I am absolutely astounded by the lack of respect that this location’s employees have. I was going through the drive thru to order a refresher but come to find out, they were all out of the resources. So backup plan, I ordered a Matcha Latte that my boyfriend and I sat at the window for 5 minutes straight waiting for. When it eventually comes out, it is nothing but straight ice and milk. Barely any matcha. Why would it take so long to make something if it’s just two ingredients. Not even a “have a nice day.” the lady just opened the window, handed me my drink, and shut the window again. It seems like the employees need to focus more on serving and respecting their customers rather than goofing off and chatting with each other. I am very disappointed with the service they provided to me today.

  The people were nice but the service was super slow the last two times I was there. Each time took 15-20 mins to get a coffee. The last time I went there the creamer was bad and chunky. Since it was in the drive thru for 20mins I could not waste more time to go in and get it fixed. I will probably never stop at this location again.

  The help is friendly enough but there just isn't enough employees. My drink was wrong and my food was overcooked but cold. If they hire more help I think it would be a great dunkins.

  The worst dunkin I have ever been to in any state,7 tweens joking around and giggling like schoolgirls instead of working i waited 15 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and i got a 4 day old burnt piece of sausage a cold piece of cheese and 2 tops to a bagel that were hard as a rock, do not!! order from the sad excuse for a dunkin

  Reliable service with good employees, just be patient 👍 They are doing their best! Use the app to do a pick up order to beat the line (but if your order includes a bakery item, be ready to have to ask for it- a lot of times that item doesn’t come until you actually ask)
