  Routinely come every Friday with my kids for a treat. For whatever reason the staff here today were awful. Ignored my kids for 15 minutes and allowed multiple customers to walk around them to order rather than letting them order. I had enough and gave a piece of my mind only to be kicked out of the store and multiple other people inside decided to throw slurs at me for standing up for my kids. Classy bunch of folks 🤣

  Jodi, The manager has been with this particular Dunkin for some time. I'm beginning to see familiar faces with each and every visit and the service has stayed consistently good. No complaints as the food is the typical Dunkin fare and is prepared with care.

  Waited 25 minutes spent 13 dollar on two coffees that we couldn’t drink because they were disgusting. Full of grounds very old coffee. Complete waste of money and time stopping at this Dunkin. I would recommend trying another dunkin or coffee place all together.

  My order was very simple, large, hot pumpkin swirl with five creams. I waited nearly 10 minutes, my coffee was sitting in the drive-through window when I was standing at the counter, and when they gave me my coffee, it had one pumpkin swirl and five creams. Everywhere else in the world, a large hot pumpkin swirl comes with four pumpkin swirl. very lousy service I will not be back to the unity Dunkin’ Donuts

  I stopped to buy coffee twice today 01/19/24. And twice I got cold warm coffee. Not hot at all. It happened other days too as well. Is not everyone that works there serving cold coffee... But there are some employees that should be there. Is only coffee and easy to make... Come on. Sell hot coffee. People pay for hot coffee, give them hot coffee
