  I’ve given this Dunkin’ multiple chances, and it’s consistently disappointing. Every time I stop in for something as simple as coffee, I end up waiting 15–20 minutes, which is completely unreasonable for a place built around quick service.
  
  What’s even more frustrating is the constant issue with advertised promotions. There has been a coffee special advertised in-store for months, but whenever I try to order it, I’m told it’s unavailable or it gets rung up incorrectly. If a promotion isn’t valid, take the sign down. Leaving it up and refusing to honor it is misleading and frustrating for customers.
  
  Between the long waits, poor organization, and lack of consistency, this location has become one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address the customer service and stop advertising deals they won’t honor.

  Literally the worst Dunkin’ in the nation. Every single time we’ve tried to go here, the wait is 30min or longer. The service is absolutely horrible. No apologies for a wait, just attitude. Sat in drive through today for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement to wait. Finally pulled to the window. Asked if we could order at the window because we had waited for 1/2 hr at the menu board with no acknowledgement. The employee said they were really backed up and no we couldn’t order at the window and we’d have to get back in line. No apologies for the lack of service or wait, just bad attitude. Thank goodness Starbucks is going in next door!

  Today @11:17 i came in with my family ordered a few things i specifically asked for extra bacon on my avocado toast & no cheese on my bagel sandwich. After driving for abt 10 mins i reached home and took the food out and was highly disappointed. The job is not rocket science and if you don’t like working there leave. It’s too early to be in a bad mood. Worst experience I ever had at dunkin i won’t be returning.
