  I don’t like when I go to this Dunkin, I order my drinks and nobody tells me that they don’t have any more of this certain drink that I came there for when I’m at the window ordering so I pay for my drinks and then when I get to the Service window to pay for my stuff they then tell me that they don’t have any more of this drinks after I paid for it. Whoever is opening up in the morning, should know to check all of the supplies before opening the store. I am incredibly disappointed because I do not like the drinks that I had to substitute For them not having the drinks that I originally came to get from this store. :)

  Very nice atmosphere. A very peaceful place. Employees are very nice and do well with their jobs, although there is one employee I’ve noticed is a little slow paced. One lady with blue hair is very sweet. Remodel looks great overall a good store.

  I am a local and frequent this Dunkin 3 or 4 times a week , every time I come in there is one person who always stands out and her name is Jada , she is always training someone new with patience and kindness , running all 4 stations , cleaning, cooking and always working hard ! I manage a store in Livermore falls and she is the kind of employee you don’t want to lose ! Keep up the good work Jada ! See u tomorrow!

  Im so disgusted at the service I received at this location this morning talk about a nightmare experience and the chick making the coffees which took her a very long time to make was completely messing everything up because she was doing the Tweaky dance so I'm assuming she was only on something we all know what that is it's just sad they allow people like that behind the counters to work in the public they charge expensive prices for their coffee and yet you have to stand there and wait 20 minutes witness stuff like that and then it's even completely made wrong and they want to argue with you that it's right but you don't have another 2 hours to stand there to make a refix it very disappointed and disgusted I will spread the word to all my family and friends and make sure anyone I know with children does not go into that location any longer

  Whoever does the ordering does not know how to order enough to last through the next order. They’re out of almost everything by Monday and it’s consistently low quality like no one can be bothered to follow the standard practices of how to make anything so the quality of everything is also low (burned food, too much concentrate in refreshers, undercooked hashbrowns)
