  Dear Dunkin Team,nI wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at the Presque Isle, Maine drive-thru. I waited in line for approximately 25 minutes after placing an order for a breakfast sandwich and four donuts. Unfortunately, once I was in line, there was no way to exit because there were cars behind me and the double-lane setup prevented me from going around.
  I understand busy moments happen, but this was unusually long and very frustrating as a customer. I hope you’re able to look into staffing, workflow, or process adjustments so this doesn’t continue for others.

  Miserable checkout lady didnt even thank me for a tip and argued I had a fork i asked for untill I dumped the bag out infront of her. 7$ drinks are ridiculous when your being treated like the coffee they messed up tastes. Crap....

  Spent 35 minutes sitting at the oder station after being told that they will be right with us but then takes order from the car that pulled up to the other station after we did still doesn't take our order after that not even the first time this dunkin has been a problem can't get orders right either paid $16 for two frozen coffees and they tried to give us iced coffees not even the right flavor at that.. all in all don't recommend

  When I pulled into the second order line. I was the only person in line at the time. I was told that they would be with me shortly. I figured that they had online orders to complete first so I was understanding of that. But when 5 -7 other cars pulled up in the first order line, order, and are served before I have even been fully acknowledged and am still waiting to even order thats when I have a problem. I understand needing to be patient but I was basically ignored.

  We ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit refresher, and got a large mango one instead. We also ordered some hash-browns, they were frozen…..
