★ 1This is the slowest Dunks on Earth. I get they barely have staff, but I ordered 2 simple things and waited at least 15 minutes between the ordering mic and the pick up window (2 cars back). The 2 employees were hustling but efficiency is non-existent here.

★ 1Every time my family comes to this Dunkin’s for breakfast, we wait for 15+ minutes every time we stop here, regardless of the size of the line. our order is never right or complete. Today we only got half our order and it was so busy it wasn’t worth the wait. No offer of refunds or compensation. There only seemed to be one person working who was overwhelmed having problems with his computer system. It’s safe to say we will avoid this Dunkin’s for now.

★ 4There is a wait at times. However they are generally short staffed. The staff that they do have is generally great though. They are close by and the wait is ok because the service is good.

★ 1Don't go here unless you want to go through the line 5 different times to get your order made correctly. The manager is terrible and the workers are either too high or too rude to talk to.

★ 2Poor service. I went into the store, very disorganized, staff doesn't know who is doing what job. I have been here several.times, each time same results. I have witnessed customer asking for.refunds their order took too long.to get.
Update, tired of waiting in long lines for poop service so I tried the mobile app. The app works great, get to the store for.pickup, no food upon arrival. Ask the person behind the counter and get attitude like we hadn't place an order. After a few words found they trashed our mobile order and still had to wait for our food. Can't win here! Not worth the fustration.
Update12/2020nnService was getting better, placed an online order and selected types of donuts I want it, only got a few the rest are pretty randomnnUpdate 8/2021nnService is much better. Everyone was working together, orders flying out! Way to go.
Update 7/ 2024nThis has got to be the worst location for service. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation go a few miles and either direction to another Dunkin’ Donuts. I do not blame the staff rather the management. They are understaffed.
