★ 1I’ve never dealt with such a rude Customer Service before in my life. I brought back two sandwiches that were not cooked just start with the fact that my daughter called to let them know it wasn’t cooked after we had to go back to the drive-through because they forgot our donuts and two separate mobile orders she proceeded to roll her eyes at my daughter. She hung up the phone told my daughter I made it I know it’s toasted and hung up on her So I walked over to the drive-through window. They were raw asked her to please make sure they were cooked I said I’m not sure if something’s wrong with your toaster but chick could you please make sure you put them through a couple times to make sure they’re cooked. She hand them back to me again raw I implied something is wrong you can see they are raw not toasted please can she put it through as much as needed till it’s brown she refused to fix it and actually toast them and that they’re fine and was very rude to me. Slam the window on me and told me to get out of her drive-through refused to give me her name I asked to speak with their manager. There was no manager there and refused to give me her name for a complaint. I have worked six years in Customer Service as a manager at McDonald’s I have never in my life dealt with such ignorance in the Customer Service industry. If I could’ve put no stars, I would’ve, but you have to put at least one to do a review. It’s pretty sad that when you try to reach out to find out who a manager is or even who is the franchise owner, they refuse to give you info in order to to reach out to some one not children working in a restaurant with no supervisor available.

★ 1Just left this Dunkin. Not ONE person in line and the service was terrible. The window kid was polite, he made an effort. The older woman threw out food out the window at us without saying a word and walked off. We left and opened our food. We had two breakfast sandwiches that consisted of a heated up bagel, cold bacon and cold egg. We couldn’t even eat it. The egg was like it came from being in a cold water bath so when you took a bite it leaked cold water out. Absolutely disgusting.

★ 2Went through the drive-thu. Workers were preoccupied by singing Disney songs and dancing around. Bought a coffee and bagel with cream cheese for $8.00+. Coffee was fine but the kid who prepared my bagel couldn't be bothered to take five seconds to put a decent amount of cream cheese on it. Seriously, is this how he'd prepare his own bagel or a bagel for one of his dancing coworkers. Lazy work. They don't give this stuff away. As the customer, I never have the option of giving you have the cost, so it would be nice if you could do your job correctly.

★ 2First time visit. No signage! No entrance signs. No drive thru signs broken order station. Don't know which window to go to. Poorly managed!

★ 2We visit this location nearly every morning, I order my coffee the same way every morning and somehow I get a different coffee every day. The inconsistency and lack of care shown from the employees is insane. There's maybe one or two good employees that make my coffee correctly, otherwise it's always a miss. Just a heads up to anyone thinking about swinging in. 🙄 Attached image is the coffee I got this morning and before stirring there was probably an inch of sugar and cake batter flavor on the bottom, twice as much as there should have been...
