  Just this morning I placed a mobile order at the Walnut location in South Hamilton because I frequently order from there, but I was actually in Manchester by the Sea at the time and accidentally did not switch the order to the correct store. Ooops 😬 This has never happened to me before, and I realized the mistake only when I arrived at the Manchester location.
  
  The Manchester team was incredibly kind and immediately helped by comping my order (cappuccino and donut) by direction from management, which I didn’t expect and really truly appreciated.
  
  The management team here is spectacular. We have known them for years and they go above and beyond: they keep the Dunkin store in Manchester-by-the-Sea running very smoothly even on the most crowded days and they are very customer focused. Of all the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to this is really the nicest one in terms of freshness, quality, friendliness, location, management, and customer service. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

  I just asked them to use the restroom they said no you would have to buy something in order to be able to use the bathroom they are for customers only I had to go so bad that I didn't want to sit there and argue so I put in an order on my app I said okay I put in order can you open the door please he went to the printer and asked me my name and make sure that it was me that put in the order Indian heat open the door I almost urinated in my pants I work for a school bus I had to go to the bathroom so bad because we had just came from four different schools in a row I am shocked that somebody could be that cruel he saw me crossing my legs and jumping up and down trying not to urinate my pants so I looked up if what he did to me was legal and I got this.....
