  There is an assisted manager or may be he is an actual manager, but he is one reason why I don't like going here he's always complaining about the work and has negative energy that rubs off on you other than him I love the food and drinks and most other workers are friendly

  The staff were nice enough but I ordered a bagel 🥯- lightly toasted with butter and got a blackened bagel loads with a puddle of butter and zero napkins (see attached photos). Could not eat it and got butter on my pants with no way to clean it up.

  I am always disappointed by this Dunkin. From the long wait times to the almost constant inaccuracy of orders. They barely acknowledge you when you are there. I know several people who have always had these same experiences. Today I ordered jelly and glazed munchkins and got chocolate and these gross burnt or old glazed munchkins. Also a strawberry frosted donut which had hardly any frosting or sprinkles left on it, and was thrown into the bag with the munchkins. Low quality is almost a guarantee here.

  This is hands down the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The drinks and food always come out great, but the true stars of the show are the staff. A job well done day in and day out.

  Great food and service. They are kind and always make sure you get what you want and generally pretty fast too.
