  I figured I would come on and share this short story My Wife works as the head of her department at the hospital and I work for myself so I am able to leave and bring her coffees throughout the day. I stopped at a different Dunkin today and got her a coffee and was treated with A poor attitude, The wrong size coffee, they corrected it however they did it poorly in the coffee didn’t really taste like coffee and I ended up bringing it to the Hogan Road location and they greeted me with smiles and made me feel like a valued customer for once. I love this store and I usually love the other store too however, today they dropped the ball on My service. I just wanna give Hogan wrote their flowers today and say thank you for making it right and doing it with a smile that made all the difference. PS when you get Dunkin’ Donuts every day and you order pretty much the same thing every day you know what you expect and when they don’t give you something anywhere near as similar as you normally get there is a problem there

  Paid almost $8 for an iced Matcha with strawberry cloud foam and they couldn’t be bothered to fill the cup up.

  I've been to every Dunkin in penobscot and Hancock county. Hogan road location has a consistently superior product compared to the rest. The order is always correct and staff is eager to correct any issues. KUDOS TO THE STAFF! 👏 You've earned it!

  Quick and easy. Pleasant experience. The staff took my order promptly as soon as I walked in. I went to the bathroom came back and it was ready. I sat there and ate it because I was getting my car tires put on at Town Fair tire across the street. They didn't seem to mind me sitting there eating my grilled cheese sandwich which was really good and I drank a large hot mocha coffee with cream. A good experience overall and a great way to get out of the freezing weather of late
