  The food was delicious 10/10 and our server Sam was top tier. She was very good.. we had the catfish, shrimp and grits as well as the Mississippi catfish. We also had a mango mimosa. We took lambchops home for dinner. Will definitely be back. The Harris Family from Akron,Ohio

  I really wanted to like Double Nickel, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing. The dish looked poorly presented, more like everything was mixed together and placed on the plate without much care. There was also a lot of cheese, which felt like it was trying to cover the overall taste rather than enhance it.
  
  The good part: the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they’re honestly what saved the experience. Service was pleasant and professional.
  
  If you come here, manage expectations, the atmosphere and people are nice, but the food quality and presentation did not match what I was hoping for.

  This food is fantastic. Most definitely try the Catfish with Shrimp and Grits. It gets busy, at least on Browns Sundays. We waited a while for our server to come over and acknowledge us, but once she did everything was great. Will definitely be back to try more. Almost forgot get the Lamb Chops

  First coming in we wasn’t greeted. The lady in the front horrible customer service skills. Got smart for no reason. Man came from the back yelling, & asking us did we have a spoon of food for the homeless. He stated he was the owner and can do whatever he wants. Just unpleasant . Food was mid no flavor frl grease needed change. Server was 9/10. Oh and no heat! They had heaters but it didn’t work still cold.

  I couldn’t wait to try the French Toast after seeing an influencer rave about it. I ordered it the way he described—“24 Karat Gold French Toast.” The server brought pancakes instead (easy mix-up since it’s written differently on the menu), but I was fine paying for both & placed another order. She then let me know they were out of the gold flakes, which was a little surprising since it was only 10 a.m. on a Sunday.
  
  When the French Toast finally came out, it was missing the whipped cream that the menu listed. That said, it was still absolutely delicious! Next time we're in Cleveland, we'll be back, but next time I’ll make sure to double-check that everything is available and comes as described on the menu.
