  We've been coming here for the last decade and the food and service have been consistently great. My favorite dish is the pork belly with Parmesan grits. The pork is always tender and the grits are excellent. The monkey bread is also worth ordering.
  
  We brought family visiting from California and they really enjoyed the atmosphere. One practical tip: get in line via the Yelp waitlist before heading over on a weekend, since this place fills up fast.

  My husband and I just went here for the first time. We went because I read somewhere that if you’re going to be in , Wichita Kansas, it’s one of the restaurants you really need to go to. We went around lunchtime, but both ate from their breakfast menu. My husband had Pancake Lasagna and he loved it. He said he would give it a five 5️⃣ and thought it was wonderful! He said, “It had savory and sweet pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, and gravy, along with a slice of sugar maple, brown sugar, pork belly. When the man was describing it, I was almost taken back from the description, but my husband decided he wanted to try and and he did. He loved it and left there VERY full! I couldn’t decide what to get and so I got the triple breakfast which were half portions of three of their four favorites. I got their biscuits with sausage gravy, Corned-beef hash, and Banana Nut French bread. My favorite hands-down was their sausage gravy with biscuits. My dad used to fix that when I was growing up and I am picky about it! I told my husband that it tasted like my dad‘s homemade sausage gravy and I loved it, I’d clearly give it a five 5️⃣! My next favorite was the Banana Nut French Bread, but I couldn’t eat all that and brought half of it home. My least favorite was their corned beef hash, I just wasn’t crazy about it! I’m not really a peppers person and so it really wasn’t very delightful to me. But the whole experience as a whole was definitely a five 5️⃣ and our waiter was really good! He made us laugh, filled us in on a couple of menu favorites, and worked hard to keep my husband’s coffee cup filled. He even gave him a to go cup without him asking. Overall, it was a great experience and we would go again!

  Very nice atmosphere, a little busy but no serious issues.
  
  We had cheeseburgers they came the way we ordered, I added a fried egg, excellent and respectable size. My wife selected no onion, extra pickle, both arrived as ordered. Several add-on options available leaving lots of options.
  
  The service was very nice, helpful and friendly. The owner was out on the floor checking with everyone ensuring a pleasant experience. I felt as though that was a nice touch.

  Fun and delicious. I had the special, which was a reimagining of shrimp and grits with a bit of prime rib. The fried grits were creamy deliciousness, and the pork belly bechamel sauce was decadent. The free range eggs were a great finish, with deep orange yolks. I will definitely stop by again the next time I'm in Wichita!

  Seated at the counter is the best seat in the house. It is a show of food and a staff that delivers! Within minutes I had several staff greeting me. Rebecca brought me monkey bread while I watched the show. The special for breakfast was steak Benedict. OMG it looked so delicious. Jess showed me a plate she was serving up. I watched the show to decide what I would order. Burgundy was my server. After seeing the hash browns I knew I wanted them. I also ordered an omelet with dill havarti cheese, bacon, sausage and mushrooms. Yummy! For a up charge instead of toast I had a half a order of banana bread French toast which isnBanana bread battered and fried, topped with candied apples, pecans, apple butter, whipped cream and homemade molasses syrup. Divine!
  Great food, super friendly staff, great service. Highly recommend!
