Hasn’t changed since was last there over 20 years ago. A treasure of a breakfast spot. The griddle chef is a master to watch, taking the cues of her predecessor. Eggs, pancakes, corned beef hash, home fries. All perfect way to start the day.

Dockside offers a great breakfast and provides a cozy dining experience in tight quarters. It’s one of the few places that offers linguica (Portuguese sausage) as a meat option. Lots of locals here; a place where everybody knows their name. We usually get our food to go since we stay right around the corner.

We visited from U K and during our trip stayed in Falmouth for 2 days. We had an enjoyable journey around Martha's Vineyard and were lucky enough to discover the Dock Street Coffee Shop. What a treasure. The food, coffee, atmosphere and service were superb and enhanced our already wonderful visit.

This is one of my fav diners, not just on the vineyard but anywhere! Emily is a great owner and cook, very friendly and clearly proud of her year round restaurant. Had a basic eggs breakfast, with very tasty linguica and potatoes. Open early at 6:30. Good ☕️ and music too

Full disclosure, we love DSCS. Very consistent small diner food, breakfast and lunch. Good eggs, great Monte Cristo, great bacon, hash from a can (brings back fond childhood memories), excellent burgers and hot dogs (get there early-closes at 1:30), yummy sausage links, all served by real island folks with interesting stories. On the pricey side for sure, but it’s just off the harbor and, hey, it’s vineyard tax compliant - everything here is basically a king’s ransom. Very limited seating, but well worth it for the Dock Street Experience!
