  Kids love the place. Definitely cheeper than Dunkins. My one complaint. And I see others saying it too. Check your receipts. Half the time they dont give you one. They double charge. All the time. People are always super friendly. And the food is good. Just hate checking my banking app later in the day and see I paid twice what I should of.

  I love dippins coffee and food but the employees are so incompetent. The amount of times that I get double charged for coffee is insane. one coffee should not cost $8 and it happens AT LEASE once a week. the one time I complained they were very apologetic but the issue consistently still happens I’m owed about $200 worth of coffee that I was overcharged for… I haven’t been in a few weeks because of this issue and I just went back to give them another chance and they did it again… I will never be going here again

  They have great dark roast coffee and the best Boston Cream (eclair shaped) donuts.

  I got a small reeses coffee and it tasted nothing like it it was so gross unlike other dippin

  Will not be going back. They turn off espresso machine at 5 PM tonight usually I am able to get my coffee with espresso. The coffee I was given was HORRIBLE. Hope the two boys who were working this evening on 12/29/24 enjoyed being rude and choosing to lose more money for the company than they made. Was ready to tip them $20 after the service I got I’m glad I didn’t tip them. Normal girls are always delightful but these guys here are nothing but issues. They never make the coffee correctly. I’m a regular customer that will not be coming back.
