I hate to leave places bad reviews, especially a mom and pops because those are my favorite places to dine at… but I strongly recommend not coming here. Our waitress Cathy was kind but the food was plain, very overpriced, poor presentation, and HAIRY! A party of three sent all of their plates with more than half of their food back.
Taking a look around, the diner looks like a union hall. To be honest, it looked more inviting as “Ryan’s Place” before they renovated.
If you’re looking for a good place for breakfast, take the extra 15 minutes to Bensons Cade in Kingston or Sunny’s in Lee. I will not be returning.

We tried Danielle’s Diner at 114 Calef Hwy in Epping, NH and were not impressed. This is an old school, tired looking, below average diner with food that looks and tastes like it’s from a bad cafeteria. The best part about the restaurant was our server. She was lovely. Apart from her, we give thumbs down on almost everything except the water. They have good water.

We both got eggs Benedict, mine with beans (that were somehow sour), and hubs had his with sweet potato tots. The tots were Ok, but appeared to be covered in a batter or flour of some sort? Almost like tempura. Unexpected and added calories we hadn’t been planning for. The Benedicts were not great. The eggs and English muffins were cooked pretty well, but the hollandaise sauce separated and looked horrible on the plate, and the processed ham had a tough membrane on the exterior.

When we go to restaurants, we always think to ourselves: “is this the best food that the chefs are capable of turning out?” I hope that’s not the case for this diner. I can’t imagine they’ll stay in business much longer unless they step up their game. The chef had to have seen the sauce separated. It should never have been served. The French toast was not great. We could taste cinnamon but not egg. It was mostly dry bread.

It is unlikely we would ever return here. They did have a large breakfast alcohol offering. I guess that keep some of the customers coming back.

I am a big lover of dive bars and diners. This place is a hidden gem! The service is always amazing and the food is great! Biggest omelettes I have ever seen! They must use 5 eggs! 2 things though. The hollandaise sauce was broken and the corned beef hash is canned. If they made their own corned beef hash it would be a game changer and need to watch the delicate hollandaise sauce more closely! Overall an amazing experience and been there twice! Will def go more!

Had a wonderful breakfast this morning at Danielle‘s diner in Epping New Hampshire. The presentation was only surpassed by the incredible service from Cathy. The quality of food was outstanding and the portions were huge and a special shout out and thank you to my friend Johnny who got up at 5 o’clock this morning to drive me to pick up my Classic truck which was in a show last night

Really disappointed with the food. My omelette didn’t seem fully cooked, and the home fries were larger chunks and unseasoned — not at all what I was expecting. Nothing looked very appetizing, but I didn’t want to be rude and say anything at the time. My stomach has been upset since. I was hoping for a better experience, especially since it was my first visit, but unfortunately I don’t plan to return.
