  The atmosphere is like a small and strange version of Meow Wolf with the little oddities and strange artwork all over the place. It's beautiful, eccentric and fun! The food is great to boot! I got the Disco Elvis with the Busy Bee latte and the flavors were just delicious. My dad got the Hawaiian French Toast and the Biscochito latte. The food was delicious and the drink were amazing! I highly recommend the Biscochito latte! It's like a bisco in a cup!!! 🤤🤤 This is a place I will definitely be coming back to and bringing family, friends, and coworkers alike!

  Tried Curious Toast again this morning with my cousin and it was such a great brunch spot. The atmosphere was awesome! It has a really cool patio, great vibe, and so many interesting things to look at inside. We ordered a the salmon sunrise and the Hawaiian French toast. (we shared one from the savory and one from the sweet menu) Both were delicious and unique. I also ordered the lavender latte! The service was also great and everyone was really friendly. Definitely a fun place to brunch and try something different. We’ll for sure be going back.

  Took my friend's daughter and she was in awe of all the art work, uniqueness of this place, and the food.
  You should go at least once!
  So many nooks and corners to sit and enjoy a drink, a coffee, and/or unique toast.
  Ambiance is very relaxing.

  ✨ Curious Toast is hands down the best coffee spot in Albuquerque! My salmon toast was not only beautiful but filling, paired perfectly with their seasoned potatoes. The dragonfruit lemonade was so refreshing I almost ordered a second glass. And yes—I grabbed the strawberry tiramisu to go (highly recommend). Their menu truly has something for everyone with plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based options. 🌿☕️

  Curious Toast Cafe 🌸nnSuch a cute and cozy spot! The vibe at Curious Toast Cafe is absolutely charming, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. And the food? Delicious! Fresh, and flavorful. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a feel-good cafe!
