  Just got this new location to order 2 smoothies. It’s was not busy for a Saturday morning but after waiting for 10 mins I overheard the baristas discussing that they were out of coconut cream and would replace it by milk. I am allergic to milk so I said no I don’t want this. They tried to propose other solutions which I declined and asked for a refund. I told them as a courtesy that they could refund the full order because of the wait and inconvenience which they refused because I waited only 12 mins. Don’t go to this location - they are unprofessional and rude trying to put milk in my beverage without my consent. I’ll go back to the 1010 location much better.
