  I had amazing time, they were out of alot things when we went, but I think its because was the time of day an evening, was on may 3rd 2026, evening around 5pm or so, wasn't to busy, but the food, service was suburb, definitely coming back to warm environment, friendly staff, met a excellent wait person, also met with the manager who was kind and friendly, definitely gave a huge tip to this young nice man, I wish I could remember his name but next time when we go hopefully he will be there, kudos to him, hopefully he will s쳮d in life, im glad we went, thank you for becoming extremely, extraordinary,excellent service

  This was my first time dining at Cracker Barrel, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. Our server was friendly and bubbly at the beginning, but her demeanor changed noticeably once issues with our food were brought to her attention.
  When our meals arrived, several items were missing. My son’s meal did not include the hash browns listed on the menu, and we were also missing a side of bacon. When I mentioned this, the server said she would place an order for the missing items. Shortly after, we realized my scrambled eggs were undercooked, with a wet, liquid center, and my son’s sausage was raw. When we explained this, she said she would “deal with it in a minute” and walked away before fully hearing everything we needed.
  When the replacement eggs arrived, they appeared overcooked on the outside, as though they had been rushed on high heat. They were not overly busy and she had four tables she was serving. At that point, I chose not to bring up any additional requests. Overall, the food quality was poor, and the response to reasonable concerns felt dismissive and unprofessional by Mia.
  This experience was not enjoyable, and sadly, it is not one that would encourage us to return

  First time ever going to a Cracker Barrel, and quite frankly..whyyyy did I wait so long. This place is excellent. From the minute you walk through the front door! I won't share many details because I dont wanna ruin the shock and awe of your first visit here. But i do highly recommend it! Also, the portions are huge. These 4 plates were just 2 meals. The price was just over 30 dollars. The food was delicious 😋

  This place is absolutely amazing! Whether you're here for lunch or dinner, you'll love the food, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe. I also enjoyed browsing through their store—it had some really adorable items you won’t want to miss. I picked up a cute little salt and pepper holder shaped like roosters. The mimosa was fantastic, and the prices were very reasonable. For three people, including drinks, an appetizer, and food, we spent around $100. Highly recommend this spot!

  We got a new waitress who was slow. She would put the orders in staggered in time so she wouldn't have everything come out at the same time. Not a lot of trouble with her. I understand that. However, the other three waitresses and management were not helping her. We ended up with an hour and 45-minute visit. We got the food after waiting 45 minutes and we only got half the order. 10 minutes later the rest of the order came. Again. The waitress was knew, she got no support.
