I usually love this place and the food but I found metal shards in my sandwich after eating half of it. I called to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone's else but they just picked up then hung up the phone without saying anything

Huge sandwiches that are absolutely delicious made with the best ingredients. One Hero can comfortably feed two , each hero can be cut into four pieces and It is stacked with tons of meat and cheese. The burgers ,…why go anywhere else when you can get a freshly ground grilled burger for a few dollars more than any fast food chain and it tastes 1000 times better. The burgers here are the best burgers that I’ve ever had ….better than ANY restaurant locally and cooked perfectly. The buns are soft. The condiments are delicious hands-down best anywhere I’ve ever been. THE SELECTION OF SANDWICHES, BURRITOS ,SALADS AND QUESADILLAS is ridiculous, There is something for everyone. The chicken cutlets hands Down are the best they’re nice thick Real Italian chicken cutlets that are cooked fresh. They’re moist and delicious. Order food from them you will not be disappointed . this is primarily take-out only

Talk about one of the largest volume heavy sandwiches probably in the area. This tiny spot is a gem for anyone who’s looking to eat!

Edit: I visited this place for the second time today and got the Angelo sandwich again and some fries. I felt like this sandwich had even more meat than it did last time and with the sandwich being so big and loaded, a fat guy like me couldn't finish the sandwich despite not eating for over a day. I feel like you actually get a lot of value for the money you pay ($18) given that the sandwiches are huge and actually taste really good. I loved the soft texture of the fries and they tasted quite good but it could probably use a tad bit more salt. For the record, I picked up the food 30 minutes after I ordered it on the phone given the reviews talking about the awful wait times.

Been to many delis in my lifetime and this place, while not being a deli, might have some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Had the Angelo sandwich which had roast beef, french fries, spicy mayo, etc and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. Pictures don't do it justice but the sandwich was huge and loaded with meat, so much so that a big guy like me actually struggled to finish my sandwich. The sandwich was very expensive, maybe around $20 but I can't think of a single place in the city that makes a better sandwich for the money. The parking lot was full when we got there so parking may be an issue.

Place was horrible. Ive never had such a bad eatery experience in my life. I told them what I wanted. It was repeated back to me. First time was wrong. Drove back. Waited another 20 mins after I drove back even when I called ahead about the issue. Got second hero, guess what, it was wrong again!! Stupid me, I still wanted another because my heart was set on tasting it. Ok third times a charm. Maybe, but they put so much garlic on it it wasn't edible. So I wasted an hour, missed out on dinner with my family, and wound up buying one elsewhere. Crazy.
