  Chat gpt recommended this restaurant. Food was good. Server was professional. Coffee was good too. Don't know anything about this area, but not bad. Parking lot in this mall was pretty packed, but we found a spot with no problem. I ordered Angus burger, specially liked the brioche bun. It was lunch time, so we didn't order any pancakes.

  The best breakfast spot! Great prices and so many specialty options. The corned beef was amazing and is made in house. The best I’ve ever had! Service was phenomenal and she was always filling up my coffee. It gets busy in the weekends so I recommend to go early.

  I ordered the chicken and waffles and this is what I got. Definitely not what I expected, I just assumed I would get chicken tenders not a chicken patty. I saw it on the menu of specials and said well I love Chips waffles so let give this a try. The chicken wasn't good but at least the waffle was delicious.

  Great food and staff! Our orders were exactly what we requested! My corned beef hash was perfectly well done and my friend's Texas toast French toast was not at all soggy. We'll be back!
