★ 3Nice looking spot in a cool hip plaza area. I sat at the bar and the service was great. Problem was the food. The chicken and waffles left much to be desired. Chicken tasted undercooked and waffles were soggy and plain. Chicken also had no taste or seasoning. I also tried the 24 layer chocolate cake. I’m sorry but it was not good at all. It looks amazingly rich while displayed but tastes like artificial sweetener. Medicine like after taste in my opinion. Price isn’t bad for the amount of cake you get but the fact it’s super popular is perplexing. 3 stars bc the service was very professional. I didn’t send anything back but probably won’t be eating here again.

★ 5Food was worth the wait !! We arrived and for 6 was about 20 minutes +. Parking lot was pretty packed as well due to being in a busy business complex. Entrees were all tasty. The only suggestion was the beef burger didn’t have seasoning. It’s was good just no seasoning or flavor but huge. 23 layer chocolate cake was delicious and rich. Giant cookies were good as well. Other ppl in my party ordered bologna pasta, chicken and a Rueben and everyone really enjoyed their meals.

★ 5Carnegie in Vienna delivers across the board. The food is solid, the service is genuinely great, and they clearly know how to take care of different dietary needs. Plenty of vegetarian options, and non-dairy milks are actually offered—not treated like a special favor.
The 24-layer chocolate cake deserves its own paragraph. Absolute unit. Rich, indulgent, and easily feeds 10 people unless you’re surrounded by very determined dessert people.
It gets busy, so making a reservation is a great idea. Parking can be a little tricky, but that’s just standard Vienna reality. Overall, well worth the visit and one you’ll want to plan ahead for. -

★ 4I felt it was forcing the entire NY Carnegie look and lacked any authentic feel. Solid 4 stars across the board.
Pro:n- booths and seating are extremely comfortablen- coffee is strong and goodn- service is good but not attentive once you've been servedn- good menu varietyn- easy parkingn- they take reservationsn- hard liquor licensennCon:n- food was average to good. Nothing that would make me returnn- music was very loud and not very breakfast, way more of a brunch to lunch vibe first thing in the morning. Would have loved a softer music in yhe early morning to something more upbeat at lunch time.n- bathrooms were small and single occupancyn- you can tell it still has the residents of the bank it used to ben- would have loved to see a pre 9/11 memorial of the towersnnGreat spot with room for some improvement. -

★ 4First time visitor. Stopped in to have a corned beef sandwich. The Ruben was very tasty, the meat very lean and thinly sliced. Exactly what we were looking for!
