  Absolutely incredible! Best biscuits I have ever had. Fluffy, soft, creative and delicious. I tried multiple flavors and a sandwich and wasn’t disappointed with any of it. This was a great way to start off my trip to Charleston. The service was friendly and fast which was a nice touch as well. 1000% recommend!!

  Big biscuits with lots of sandwich and topping options. They make them fresh non stop, so it can take some time to get your order. Great choice, and a tourist stop for sure!

  My best friend and I had an absolute blast at Callie’s personal biscuit making class! My husband scheduled it via Airbnb for us!
  From buttermilk classics to savory cheddar-herb, we rolled, mixed, and baked a variety of biscuits. We loved sampling each style and sharing giggles with Callie herself, whose warmth and expertise made every moment special. 🥰 The hands-on instruction, cozy atmosphere, and delicious results created memories that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend for a fun, tasty treat and memories for a lifetime! 👩‍🍳✨

  If you are planning a visit to the Charleston Market, make sure you stop at Callie’s for a biscuit! As southern girl who has enjoyed many biscuits in my day, this was my first time I had one with cream cheese in the mix. I was a little skeptical at first but I was absolutely blown away by the taste and texture. I enjoyed every bite of my BEC biscuit. They have a ton of options and even small ones so you to enjoy a variety. Highly recommend! Right outside their spot, there are high top tables to sit and enjoy. You won’t be disappointed!

  Located in the Charleston City Market. Everyone was saying to try biscuits in Charleston. We wanted a little snack before going on a carriage ride of the city so it made sense to get them here. The line moved quickly and the staff were all friendly. I loved the biscuits and gravy. I suggest stopping in here when you are in Charleston.
