  My bestie and I had THE best experience at Café Hollander thanks to our server (apologies we can’t locate her name!), Chester G, and Kaiya T! You made her b’day extra special with a surprise dessert and lovely conversation. The ambience and food were wonderful but the people taking care of us made it memorable!
  PS Happened to be wearing my Rozanov jersey that day. For all you HR loons out there, you’ll get the reference 😉

  We enjoyed our first visit, food was quality and cooked to perfection, but the burgers could have had a bit more flavor. Service was slow, but very friendly. The atmosphere wasn't awful, we just randomly stopped in on a very busy day and were seated on the 2nd floor. We didn't mind being upstairs at all, it just felt a bit chaotic. The Belgian beer selection is off the hook! That's the reason I chose this location anyway, and in that aspect it did not disappoint! Definitely worth stopping by again, as there will always be a quad on the menu calling my name!

  WOW! Holy Vegan Wow! 1st time here, traveling from Chicago and needed food & a place to wait for my dog (getting a CTscan nearby) for a few hours. This place is more than perfect! Atmosphere is cool and open, breakfast menu has a perfect Vegan scramble! Get The Lux bloody w/ beer side car! Spiced with herbs de provence🥰nThe staff is friendly, fast and accommodating!
  Come to Hollander Grand Cafe! You’re going to love it!

  Came for dinner to celebrate my 8 yr old son’s birthday. We sat in our favorite booth and the service was on point as always. Haillie was attentive and warm, making the evening special for us and the birthday boy. We make our way out here pretty often, because our kids like it and the food is always tasty.
  
  We shared cheese curds (a staple) and I had the salmon salad which I love. Cooked perfectly and showed up fast.
  
  We love this spot because it’s high energy without being “loud” and the staff are so nice.

  We were seated right away. Waitstaff was very friendly and efficient. I ordered a Double Smashed Veggie Beet Burger and substituted sweet potato fries. It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend!
