★ 5Stopped by Cafe Fresh Bagel while traveling with my family and absolutely loved it. The bagels were fantastic and so fresh and delicious. Service was quick, my coffee was made perfectly, and the jalapeño cream cheese was hands down my favorite with real chunks of jalapeños throughout. I seriously wish I could bring that cream cheese home with me.
What really stood out was how they greeted locals by name. You can tell they genuinely build relationships with the community. The vibe isn’t fussy at all, just simple, really good food done right.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. -

★ 5This was my first time and I had a very good experience. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. This is very important to set the tone for any business.
I ordered a toasted everything bagel with lox spread and veggies. The bagel was fresh and tasty. The tomatoes actually tasted like fresh tomatoes! The fact that this stands out speaks to other businesses that may not use as fresh ingredients.
The lox spread has a nice texture and is subtly flavored. I would recommend that if you want a strong lox taste to also order their smoked salmon.
I also ordered a large iced coffee. The coffee was delicious and the large was gigantic, which made me very happy.
Accessibility: the staff is very attentive and quickly activated their ramp for customers needing special assistance.
The prices are also very good. I will definitely come back. -

★ 5Just finished eating a plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese here I almost didn't go because I know their bagels are best when they're fresh and it's getting close to two in the afternoon, but there's a spot out front so I figured I'd try anyway, and just my luck they had a fresh batch of plain bagels that just finished cooking. They were just as good as I remember them being in high school and honestly, the shop looks almost exactly; the same staff are friendly as always and I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Needham. Dunkin' Donuts eat your heart out

★ 3The most expensive bagel shop I've ever been to, we ordered 4 sandwiches ( 2 sausage egg and cheese, cream cheese and jelly, and lox cream cheese with tomatoes, cucumber) and 2 bottled drinks and it was $48...... In what world?!!! People were nice and helpful

★ 5Cafe Fresh is a well known Bagel shop serving breakfast goods in the Needham area.
The staff are quite friendly and work really fast, moving the line along quickly and getting orders out within minutes even with how busy they are.
I got an everything bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese. The cream cheese isn't too thick and goes well with the bagel, and the bagel is toasted to perfection. The breakfast sandwiches are also quite good as well, and they pair well with the bagels.
