The food was not good. It was flavorless and the potatoes were not fresh. They tasted like they'd been sitting overnight in the open. The cheese was gross and the food came out cold.

They're also under construction, which kudos for upgrading your establishment. But there were multiple trip hazards, uneven flooring with slick textures at random, wet unmopped spots and wobbly tables. Atmosphere negative stars.

    Service was super lackluster.

We should've just turned around when we got to our first table where our food would've slid off had we sat there, and no one seemed to think that was a problem.

This does not compare to other Cafe Brazil locations I've frequented. It very much seems like the forgotten middle child or stepkid, or just poor management. No vision or structure.

It's very odd they operate this way.

I couldn't eat the meal. Just a waste.

Early morning at the hospital waiting for a relative to get out of surgery and we wanted to grab a quick bite for breakfast. We googled and this place was a short 5 minute walk! It was exactly what we were wanting! We didn’t wait to be seated, our server was prompt and friendly and our food did not take long at all! Also, the Chai was on point!

Visiting from out of town. Within walking distance. Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere. You must try the bourbon pecan coffee. I drank so much I barely had room for my food! I will try a lunch dish before returning to Carolina.

Delicious food with good service. Full cafe orders, so you can get cappuccino, lattes, etc. The savory crepes are delicious, as was the banana bread French toast. The breakfast bowl was a bit watery from the chicken and didn't have much chorizo, and the chocolate chip pancakes come with chocolate chips on top, not inside. I really enjoyed the coffee, crepes, and French toast. I would come back.

Open 24 hours. Usually come here at 2:30 am or at dawn for breakfast. Serve-yourself coffee bar is always hot and fresh and refills are free. The food is beyond good and prices are quite reasonable, especially for Deep Ellum. The chicken and waffles are the best I've ever had or even seen! The omelets are extremely good also. I highly recommend both. Everything on the menu is good. I eat here all the time, and I've been coming here for 20 years.
