  Food has gone down hill. It's always cold. Burgers are always a complete mess and disaster. And they can never get them right. They more than to many times forget to put something in the bag that you ordered. Fries are always soggy and barely warm. People are rude. Especially when they screw up your order or if you have a complaint. McDonald's is exactly the same, but tastes better. These fast food chains are all about money and do not care about customers. Makes me sick!

  I always like getting burger king. It's a good price for what you're buying too. I usually just get 2 hamburgers with just ketchup because I'm picky and basic. But they always get the order right, they don't add random things to my burgers like McDonald's does. And the staff is always nice, they always greet us in a pleasing manner. And we love Ellen! She's awesome.

  Went through the drive through (mind you it is dark) and after we got handed our food he asked if we wanted a dog treat. I stated that we didn’t have a dog and he looked in the back seat and asked if I still wanted a dog treat. I said for my daughter? (2yo in the back) he said for the dog then stated that was my daughter and he apologized even still my kid looks nothing like a dog. This is outrageous

  I had such a great experience at the drive-through today thanks to Angie in Newport! She was so friendly, upbeat, and made the whole interaction feel personal and genuine. It’s not every day you find someone who truly brightens your day just by taking your order, but Angie did exactly that. She’s a real asset to Burger King and turned an ordinary stop into a great experience.

  It's Burger king. The food was perfect, exactly as ordered. Burgers were the right temp. What I like about most chain restaurants is the predictability. The tables and the restrooms were clean.
