  You can’t get much more stylish than this for breakfast. From the moment you walk in, the vibe stands out: industrial ceiling with warm Edison lights, lots of wood, bold yellow chairs, and that cool retro diner feel with the Airstream-style setup in the back. Super photogenic, but still relaxed and authentic.
  
  The food absolutely delivers. The jambalaya topped with three perfectly cooked sunny-side-up eggs was a standout – rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The pancakes were fluffy and light, served with fresh blueberries and just the right amount of syrup. Add a cappuccino with smooth, creamy foam and a fresh-squeezed orange juice, and you’ve got the perfect start to the day.
  
  The drink menu is just as impressive, from prosecco and creative cocktails to really solid coffee options. It’s clear they put real thought and care into what they serve.
  
  Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, stylish breakfast spot with great quality and atmosphere. I’d come back anytime.

  Fantastic food, friendly wait staff, great location.
  
  The Chilaquiles and Jurassic Pork (Bacon) were exceptional. We all enjoyed some bites of the Pressly French toast as well, which was a hit with the little one. Portions are massive, so be sure to come hungry!
  
  I'd recommend this Breakfast Republic to anyone looking for a good breakfast or brunch while visiting OB!

  What a fantastic place. Food, beverages, service and atmosphere are top notch. Everyone raved about the potatoes with brussel sprouts, so delicious! The coffee cocktails were amazing. Kassi, our server was kind and never gave us any inclination that we were a pain for splitting our check 7 ways. I can’t recommend this place enough.

  An absolutely amazing place — simply on fire! The atmosphere draws you in right away. The food is incredible: every dish is delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully put together. Service is top-notch — the staff is welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

  The shrimp and grits were amazing! We also ordered the power bowl which needed some seasonings for flavor, but other than that, the steak was cooked as ordered- the cut was a bit chewy, though. The chicken fennel sausage was fine- a little oily, could use some fresh veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), and some more fennel. We also got the bottle of bubbly with freshly squeezed orange juice. 🍾 Overall, nice place with very well prepared poached eggs- eggspected from a tailored egg place. ☺️
