★ 4Stopped by Breakfast by Salt’s Cure and tried the OG and Banana Walnut griddle cakes. They were served very quickly, which was great, and the overall experience felt efficient and easy.
The griddle cakes themselves are unique — hearty, almost like oatmeal pancakes, with a texture and flavor that make them stand out from typical breakfast spots. They lean a bit sweet, which isn’t exactly my cup of tea, but I can see why people love them.
Overall, great value, quick service, and worth a visit if you’re looking for something a little different to start your morning. -

★ 4the star of the show is really their pancakes, and they’re really well priced. i got the chocolate griddle pancakes and they were so delicious. although it’s not my favorite style of pancakes, it was still so, so tasty. however, i would not wait over 45min in line for them.
on the other hand, the other menu items didn’t shine as much. the savory dishes lacked flavor. i also wish the menu had more variety. -

★ 5So good! The line moves very quickly and if you're lucky and get to sit outside it's the best! The breakfast sandwich is insanely good and the griddle cakes are fantastic

★ 3Ummm. It’s hard to know what id think of this if these pancakes weren’t as popular as they are. I just don’t know if they should be popular… they’re good! But not special. But totally perfectly fine!
Gluten free options for the pancakes available. -

★ 5Pink lady apple pancakes were delicious but not for everyone, my friend did not like the mushiness and texture of the oats.
Coffee wasn’t great. Eggs were good, hash brown was fine - think 1 is enough for 2 people.
Service was ok, cashier seemed impatient even though there was barely any line since they had just opened.
Came here 10 minutes before opening on a weekday, small crowd.
