  Stopped in for dinner and discovered the X-Tudo burger. Holy cow was it delicious. How they got; sweet corn, fried egg, ham, bacon, cheese, potato sticks, lettuce and tomatoes to fit under the bun with the 12oz burger is a feat!
  But the taste was even better. Who knew that sweet corn adds just a splash of extra flavor.
  Highly recommend!

  The food was terrible, got a chicken parm sub, a meatball sub, and some fried pickles. The fried pickles didn’t come with any kind of sauce or aoli and the pickles were stuck together, meaning they weren’t tossed in the fryer basket. The subs both had cheese on them and the cheese was glued to the tin foil wrap it was in. The subs themselves didn’t have much love to them, they were barely heated up, not to mention the chef behind the counter was giving my friend and I the dirtiest stare for absolutely no reason.

  I bought this salad today — besides being absurdly expensive, it was horrible, and nothing like the ingredients shown in the photo!! The croutons were so stale it was disgusting to eat!! Not to mention the chicken I paid extra for — it came with four tiny pieces that looked more like a mix with the croutons, which were in excess just to cover up the lack of chicken!! And the amount of lettuce is minimal. It’s ridiculous to sell something like this for that price! My experience with this company is always bad, and I thought long and hard before buying this salad again, but hunger got the best of me and I gave this place one more chance — and as expected, it was a horrible experience!! I also once bought a spoiled cake from here!

  I ordered a cheeseburger, the waitress repeated the order as a steak bomb. I corrected her with my original request of a cheeseburger. When I got my order, they left out the cheese and charged me for the cheeseburger. I purchased a mini carrot cake that was totally stale. Looked really pretty but don’t eat it!!! We wanted to eat there BUT it was too cold!

  I came to Bobby’s B for the second time and unfortunately the service is terrible. One of the attendants, a short-haired, is extremely rude, with no kindness or professionalism at all. The food takes a long time to come out, and although it tastes very good, the service really ruins the experience.
  
  Another huge issue is that there’s no bathroom available for customers. My 3-year-old son needed to use it urgently, and the only response we got was, “it’s not working, it’s not working.” I was very upset, because he’s just a child and obviously cannot hold it the same way an adult can.
  
  On top of that, the staff don’t even bring the food to the table — customers have to go get it themselves — and yet they still expect us to pay tips for such poor service.
  
  This restaurant really needs to improve its customer service, because the food alone is not enough to make people want to come back.
