We had a great first time experience at BBB this morning. Our server, Dani, was very friendly and kind to my son and I. The food was very delicious and came out fast. The inside has a small town café vibe and I would definitely come back on a weekend morning with my whole family. I would highly recommend the sausage gravy - it was delicious!

So glad to have stopped by here. We kinda winged it for a random brunch spot. It was very busy and we should have probably joined the waitlist online so it was about a 40 min wait but IT WAS SO WORTH IT.

Staff was super friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Hot coffee. Warm, fresh food. Couldn't have been more satisfied. The biscuit and gravy was my favorite. I can not stress enough how fantastic it was to have a crispy but also soft biscuit topped with a generous amount of yummy sausage gravy. Really dig the crispy hash cake as well.

All in all, great time. Next time I visit the area I would 1000% come back here. They got my Texas stamp of approval lol

We had a great breakfast. The food was amazing, but Kristen was so kind. She took the time to let my mother with dementia order for herself. She didn’t rush us, and checked on us frequently. She was also very knowledgeable about a gluten allergy.

Big Bad Breakfast in Madison absolutely blew me away! The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The biscuit crumble was heavenly, perfectly buttery and soft, and the shrimp and grits were some of the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and packed with flavor.

Their house blend coffee also deserves its own shoutout. Smooth, rich, and bold without any bitterness — easily one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had at any breakfast spot in Alabama.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and upbeat. You can tell they take real pride in the experience they deliver.

If you’re anywhere near Madison and craving a top-tier breakfast, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I thoroughly enjoyed the biscuit crumble. It tasted freshly made. The tomato gravy was a first for me and it was delicious. Very friendly servers with big smiles. My meal came quickly and the coffee was just right. There are at least 5 breakfast specialty restaurants nearby on this stretch of road in Madison, and I’ve been to them all. I’d return to this one again!
