★ 5Our first stop on our first trip to Maine, and it absolutely did NOT disappoint! All peices of food were fresh and delicious, the blueberry drinks were so refreshing (my favorites were the Summertime Blues and the blueberry mojito), and the staff are absolutely amazing! We were so happy to learn how dog friendly they were, and our pup loved the attention from the staff and other patrons.
An absolute must stop if you're visiting the area! -

★ 5The food was really good! I got a blueberry milkshake for the first time and it was pretty good although I couldn’t really taste the blueberry that well. We also met some super friendly people that were from that area and they gave us a lot of restaurant recommendations that we have since tried and were great. The sunset is also very pretty from where the dining room is.

★ 3I’ll start by saying that the staff is wonderful! 2 meals and 2 sodas were over $130. We didn’t mind! I ordered 1.5 lbs of lobster with the “Captain “ add-on to share with our daughter and hubby ordered clam strips. We all shared the lobster and mussels that came with it. It was good, but could use a little seasoning. My husband was the only one who ate the clam strips and he said a couple tasted funny… 3 hours later he’s puking his guts out with food poisoning. When you’re charging that much for food - make sure it’s fresh. What a disappointment.

★ 4A super cool experience but the food didn’t live up to the service, atmosphere or reputation.
The service was outstanding from the guy at the lobster tank to the wait staff and bussers, everyone was super friendly and genuinely cared about the experience. The atmosphere almost can’t be beat. You’re literally on the pier. Great views of the harbor and sunset. Unfortunately the food wasn’t the best. We had a whole boiled lobster meal and a lobster roll. The roll was ok. It was over soaked with butter so the bread was soggy. The onion rings were cold. The lobster was not the best. It was filled with water which made eating it on the little paper plate they serve it in a mess. The corn on the cob was disgusting. The cole slaw was flavorless. The cornbread was good, but sweet which I know isn’t for everyone. Service and atmosphere made up for the food but if you’re looking for a great lobster pound meal, I found Thurstons to be much better. -

★ 5Lobsters look very good and taste delicious! Unfortunately all of family members had to run to restroom around 2 hours after dinner. Maybe it’s too butter. They will ask for tips for servers and chefs even before you see your food. However they only bring food to you BUT you have to put all the trash and trays into the bins. Maybe the owner doesn’t pay them well or since when fast food start asking for tips too.
