Went here for my mother's birthday, which is also Valentine's Day. All things concerning, we got in with a short wait.
The service was great, the server didn't need to write anything down, orders were accurate and, for a busy holiday, was realistically present.

Food was wonderful, smoked sausage was smoked in house and tasted great. Flapjacks were perfect. Great dinner style breakfast. Highly recommend.

Decent breakfast restaurant. Small but not cramped. Service was prompt didn't wait long for drinks or ordering. Of course I always get my go-to, country fried steak and eggs. Yummy crisp, they use Tobasco and Chalula so both camps are happy. Will go back.

On a Sunday morning around 9:00 am, we were told it would be 15 minutes to be seated, it took 5. At the table, she had our order in less than 5 minutes, and then 5 minutes later, the amazing breakfasts were on our table. You can’t go wrong here. Total 5 star place.

First time in and Carla made it quite enjoyable! Chicken fried steak, over easy eggs, and was offered pancake options. I went with the Pecan & Choc chips YUMMY!! Pancakes batter itself started the amazing flovor add in the extras and they were to die for. Chicken fried steak was of nice portion topped with a very flavorful sausage gravy made in 🏠. The taters were simply seasoned and cooked just as you'd want them crisp exterior, tender interior. Rounded the breakfast out with their flavored coffee of the day (French vanilla)nService was top notch, water and coffee topped off often and was checked on the perfect amount. Not to much to be annoyed and not to little to feel neglected.
The atmosphere was pleasant with chatter, not to loud, but enough hustle and bustle of patrons and staff to show you this was a top destination for GREAT food & even BETTER service. A++

First time visiting. 0930 on a Saturday was busy! Good problem to have.

Ordered the sweet corn cakes with eggs over medium and the 12 pepper link. Tasty, house smoked, but zero heat. Couldn't even call it Gringo hot.

The sweet corn cakes were tasty. Had that masa/corn bread texture. Sour cream drizzle, hot aioli (that heat I could detect), pico, avocado. Lovely presentation.

I will visit again as the menu had several other possibilities.
