  The menu is large and diverse, with many excellent options to choose from. The place is clean ( The rear seat's glass component could benefit from cleaning), welcoming, and well-maintained, and the customer service is friendly, polite, and professional ( Congratulations to Braden & staff).
  Overall, everything is amazing and the atmosphere is very pleasant. However, the table organization could be improved, and the waiting time was quite long, . It seemed like only two waitresses were managing all the tables. Adding more staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.

  Julianna is an excellent server. She was kind and informative, gave us great suggestions about the menu, and had our food out in a timely manner. As someone in food service, I really appreciate great service and believe that people should know where to go for the best food and service.

  The breakfast experience at A Broken Egg was highly satisfactory, with Braden providing exceptional service, particularly in the preparation of coffee. While the overall service could benefit from improved wait times and a greater focus on cleanliness, these minor issues do not detract from the establishment's overall quality. Addressing these points would undoubtedly elevate the experience to a five-star rating.

  Me and my friend had brunch yesterday and had a wonderful experience. They have excellent service and fantastic food. The Shrimp N’ Grits were rich and flavorful, and the Hash Brown Benedict hit the spot. The focaccia was perfect for dipping into the shrimp dish. The first-time guest treat was a thoughtful surprise. 😊

  This was my first time eating at this location and it did not disappoint. Food was great and our server Brandon was just as great!!! We will definitely be back and I love the atmosphere.
