  My husband and I stopped in on our way up to the Cog Railway for some breakfast and boy, were we glad we found this gem of a place! The lovely ladies serving were what made the experience along with the food even better! They knew every single customer who walked in and were having kind and hysterical conversations with all. It was such a heart warming experience to witness. Food was very well priced and well made. The restaurant features hilarious signs all around that kept us laughing the entire time. It’s just such a feel good place from the moment you enter! Highly recommend and WE WILL BE BACK!

  This was our first visit to Annie's Overflow. We had a large group, and there was plenty of seating.
  I ordered 2 eggs sunny side up, homefries and raisin toast.
  My child ordered the mickey mouse pancakes. I thought the prices were quite reasonable. We both enjoyed our meals, and will definitely be back.
  I noticed they have a Monte Cristo on the menu, which I rarely see lately.

  We are greeted like family every time we get the opportunity to visit Annie’s! The food is consistently great and the service is top notch. If you want a familiar breakfast experience that never lets you down, head over to see the epic crew over at Annie’s Overflow!

  I had driven by countless times, and heard good this about Annie's. Finally had the chance to meet a friend there recently. It's a hidden gem for straight up diner food. No over the top theme. Just a great spot to meet for breakfast or lunch. Excellent service, and good food. Prices are reasonable and the servings are the right size.

  Lovely wait staff, prompt service, and best of all fantastic food! The marinated steak tips special I had was outstanding! You should not visit Annie's without trying their pancakes!
