  We had dinner at AIRE and it was a great experience from start to finish.
  
  We sat outside on the patio on a beautiful evening, and the atmosphere was perfect. The outdoor seating overlooked the airport, which made for a unique and relaxing setting while enjoying dinner.
  
  We started with the fried calamari, and it was outstanding. The coating was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the calamari itself was tender and flavorful. Easily one of the better calamari appetizers we’ve had in a long time.
  
  For my entrée, I had the Duck Pata. The rich broth had incredible depth of flavor from what tasted like a long, slow simmer with notes of garlic, ginger, and savory spices. It was loaded with fresh vegetables including bok choy and carrots, and the crispy duck was the star of the dish—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and delicious in every bite.
  
  She ordered a salad with goat cheese and sliced apples, and it was fresh, balanced, and packed with flavor. The sweetness of the apples paired perfectly with the creamy goat cheese.
  
  To drink, they made us a carbonated strawberry lemonade that was refreshing, unique, and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect complement to the meal on a warm evening.
  
  The service was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire meal. Between the excellent food, creative drinks, great service, and the relaxing airport-view patio, AIRE delivered a memorable dining experience.
  
  We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal in the Taunton area.

  We finally have a true scratch-made, fine dining experience in the Taunton–Raynham area. Every dish my wife and I tried was outstanding, and I will be back with the rest of my family and friends to be regulars now.
  
  The chef actually crisped up croutons in a skillet so they were warm, and it ended up being the best caesar salad I have ever had. My seafood st￭ haddock was cooked perfectly and filled with flavor. Everything that hit our table was seasoned perfectly and fresh. These are clearly high-quality ingredients prepared with care and time, and it shows—absolutely worth the price. Compared to what you’d pay in Boston, I found the pricing very reasonable.
  
  I’ve been hoping for a restaurant like this ever since moving here 15 years ago. Until now, I’ve had to drive about 35 minutes to Solstice in Kingston for a similar level of food—and at a higher cost.
  
  I’m excited to come back and explore more of the menu, especially the burger. It’s almost unheard of to find a place that makes its own burger buns from scratch or uses ingredients grown at a local farm. That kind of commitment to quality and craftsmanship is what truly sets Aire apart from our other local options that all rely on frozen, prepackaged ingredients and premade sauces filled with chemicals.
  
  Most importantly, when the owner of a restaurant is also the chef and also the person actually cooking your meal, you have the rarest situation in restaurants....the best situation for quality.

  Everything about this place is beyond our expectations!! Amazing food prepared by a very talented chef who works in an open kitchen - meaning you can watch the magic happening!! Artistic and delicious plating of a memorable meal. The ambiance of the scene is top notch! Fabulously attentive & informative staff! A true hidden gem in Taunton! I got the seafood crusted haddock and finished with the pistachio sorbet. Everything was so perfect we decided to make our next reservation to be sure to have our Valentine’s dinner planned at the best possible place!

  ⸻nnIf you’re looking for a truly special dining experience, Aire Taunton is an absolute must. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a memorable evening. This restaurant shares a location at the Taunton airport, don’t be fooled this is 5 stars dinning.
  
  From the moment we walked in, the team went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcome. Our server, Shaannon, was incredible—warm, attentive, and truly made us feel special throughout the entire experience. She take the time to know you! This was only our second visit, yet the staff remembered our names, which speaks volumes about the level of care and hospitality they provide.
  
  We started with the fresh scallops and a garden salad that was anything but ordinary—fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. For dinner, I had the homemade lobster ravioli, while my partner enjoyed the tuna special. Every bite was bursting with flavor and beautifully prepared—it’s clear that great thought and passion go into each dish.
  
  We finished with dessert, and just like everything before it, it was absolutely delicious. Every course delivered not just on taste, but on presentation as well.
  
  One of the most unique and captivating aspects of Taunton Aire is the open-concept kitchen. Watching the chef create these dishes is like watching an artist paint a masterpiece—there’s precision, creativity, and passion in every movement.
  
  This place is truly worth the drive—you will not be disappointed. It’s a hidden gem that has quickly become our go-to spot and, without a doubt, our favorite place for a night out. I would rate this restaurant more than 5 stars! You will not be disappointed. Everything from start to finish is absolutely amazing!! Well done

  So glad I stopped in today after the gym. What a wonderful little hidden gem for the area! The food was so deliciously good and made fresh! Great chef and friendly service too!
