  I LOVE ADAIR'S DOWNTOWN LOCATION!!! BEST Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch, & Happy Hour after work!! Arlyne, Vanessa, Chris, and the other amazing waitstaff are truly amazing and treat you like family! They are very quick and have amazing food Cooked to perfection! Myself & my co-workers go to Adairs Downtown at least once a week and LOVE IT!! If you haven't been.. Definitely go next week and if you have been.. it's time to go back! They NEVER EVER Disappoint. Thank you Adairs for your amazing food & service!

  Adair Kitchen in downtown Houston is an absolute gem. The service is consistently outstanding, and Arlene truly goes above and beyond every time—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, she makes every visit feel special. The menu has something for everyone and the drinks are just as impressive and perfectly crafted. We love being regulars here because it always feels like home, with great food, great drinks, and even better people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that gets it right every single time.

  I had breakfast here the other day and it was pretty good. The service was as well, and there was plenty of seating. I got lucky with street parking, which should be celebrated in and of itself. I loved the light, airy, and posh aesthetics of the restaurant. I plan to come back to check out lunch and dinner at some point!
