  Was well maintained. We had an issue with our food, was missing lettuce and tomato but they were accommodating and remade us our food and even gave us a pie for our trouble.
  Was quiet enough my wife and I were able to do our bible study.

  I ordered my food fresh and it came out it was stale. I asked the employee 3 times if he placed the order properly and he was non responsive. I also worked there for a period of time. I've seen customers slip and fall with no wet floor signs for warning as well as leaky roof, trash cans overflowing, dirty bathrooms, etc. Poor management and organization for sure.

  Repeatedly bad service. Waited a half hour for a mobile order never got brought out so I went inside another 20 minutes and nobody even came to the counter to help me. I canceled the order and left. This is one experience of many bad ones at this location. This McDonald’s should be bulldozed and put to rest for all of eternity.

  Very clean McDonald's. Remodeled recently. Food was hot and good. True there are people waiting to order indoors and out but that's a sign of a popular business.

  I’ve been living local here for a year now, do not come here after 7:30pm unless you have an extra hour of your life to waste. I do not understand how it takes so long to cook McDonald’s food. It’s literally made for them to cook it as fast as possible. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:10pm and as I’m typing this, it is 8:30pm and I’m not even at the order spot yet. I’ve waited here multiple times over 40 minutes because it’s the only fast food open around here but I’m starting to think it will actually be better and quicker to drive to Rutland 20 minutes away. The food I receive for waiting all that time is also below standards sometimes not even edible. I’ve wasted so much time and money in this drive thru I’m at my last straw coming here unless management gets their act together and trains people to be clean, make food fast and actually care about their job. EDIT * 8:54pm and I’m still not at the first window I’m so upset at this service. I don’t even think my food will be warm. EDIT AGAIN ** RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOD AT 9:36PM BUT I WASNT GONNA WAIT ANOTHER HOUR IN THE DRIVE THRU, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, 3 EMPLOYEES ON STAFF SHE SAID ?!!! WHY EVEN BE OPEN ?!!! Tried to eat the food I got but it was terrible, I’ve had good McDonald’s before and this was the farthest from it, usually in and out of the drive thru in 5 minutes too not 1 hour and 26 minutes. Never again, will just drive to Rutland and there are more options and won’t take an hour.
