  This place is a real gem nestled in the Adirondak mountains. The biscuits were made fresh and delicious, and the hot maple chicken and waffles was outstanding- maybe the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had.
  
  I also learned that the cafe offered a complimentary community Thanksgiving day dinner, and also offers a no-questions-asked egg and cheese sandwich for folks who cant afford to buy one. Come for the menu, stay for the sense of community.

  Just open a week ago and it's fantastic. The food was hot and delicious. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The owner took a minute to introduce himself. The whole experience was very pleasant. We will definitely stop in the next time were in town.

  Not many places nowadays have the kind of soul this place does. The lady was a sweetheart, food was fantastic, and I got two meals for my fat self for 50bux.

  The cafe has been updated and is beautiful inside. I needed to get a quick breakfast before going to the county buildings. The menu was great, great prices. I ordered breakfast tacos and they were very hearty and delicious. they accommodated my dairy intolerance and made them with no cheese and no sour cream. The avacodo was fresh and perfect. Tacos just needed a little acid, maybe a spicier salsa or a squeeze of Lime.

  The line of people waiting for a table should say it all. Hands down the best breakfast place in Elizabethtown and the staff are just incredibly kind and attentive. Went there every morning for our breakfast and it was like getting a warm hug :)
