  Had an ice mocha which was good… the cheesy chicken pesto crepe was okay. The chicken was a bit dry and not very flavorful. The crepe was thicker than a typical crepe I’ve had many other places. The man taking the orders was friendly and helpful. He was super kind to an elderly woman who was in need of a paper menu. Even though they were busy, the crepe only took about 10 minutes to come out. Overall it was a good lunch before a flight out.

  We don't do a lot of airport restaurant reviews but I have to say this establishment deserves a shout out. We had what may have been the best breakfast sandwich and dessert crepe ever, no kidding!
  
  There are two Skinny Pancake locations at the BTV airport, we dined at the 2nd floor location. I'll add that our service at the bar was fantastic too. Anyway, this is a great spot to grab some food and kill some time before a flight.

  The smash burger was great, but the rest of our food (poutine/crepe) was not very good at all. They also were running out of a lot, which might have had to do with the fact that they were closing in half an hour of when we arrived, but there was no signage to indicate that the kitchen would be closing at 7, and the website only indicated they were open until midnight. If we didn't just happen to want to get food as early as possible it would've already been closed. They were out of both Nutella and cheese curds which made us change our order. All in all, very frustrating and we didn't enjoy 75% of our overpriced meal

  I thought I was ordering 2 eggs, but what I got was about 8. The potatoes were perfect, and also piled high. I asked for crispy bacon, and it was exactly that. They really, really took good care of me. This is at the airport, so I expected to be charged $20 for breakfast, but they actually gave me $20 of spectacular breakfast. I would give more stars if I could.
