  I had a charming room above the restaurant area. Incredibly appointed with air purifier and white noise machine (that I never used). The restaurant food was absolutely amazing and every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a problem with my espresso machine and housekeeping was on it right away! Nicole, thank you and the entire staff! I highly recommend the Hermitage Inn! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I planned an engagement dinner and photoshoot at the Hermitage Inn, and I cannot say enough about how accommodating and friendly the entire staff were to my fiancée and I. The general manager, Brendan, was so helpful throughout the planning process. The inn itself is stunning, the food is delicious, and the private dinner in their gondolas provided us with one of the most special atmospheres we have ever experienced. If you visit Mount Snow and are looking for a romantic experience in town, I cannot recommend the Hermitage Inn enough!

  We’ve dined at The Hermitage Inn a handful of times, and it’s always been something we genuinely look forward to. The setting is beautiful, and the food has consistently been delicious, which is why this most recent visit was so disappointing.
  
  Unfortunately, the service fell well below expectations. At first, we felt rushed to place our order, and afterward, it was difficult to get attention when we needed it. Our water glasses went unfilled, and no one checked in to see if we needed anything. My steak arrived cold, and it took asking three different staff members before we finally received a steak knife — nearly ten minutes later.
  
  While the cuisine and ambiance remain wonderful, the level of service we experienced simply did not align with what we expect from a fine dining establishment. I’m hopeful this was just an off night, as we’ve enjoyed our past visits, but it was certainly disappointing.

  We had dinner here a few times over the holiday season and the food was always outstanding and the staff were incredibly accommodating. One night service was slow but the staff did their best to manage through it while the kitchen was backed up. Whether we sit and eat at the bar, the main dining room or the fireplace lounge in the back, we always enjoy our meal and the food is consistently very very good.

  Service at the restaurant is as phenomenal , both waitresses were amazing.
  We were the only table in the restaurant and it took 45 minutes to receive food. None of the food had any taste. Latte was from a machine and came cold- no espresso. Eggs were made from a pre made egg mix- not fresh eggs. I asked for no cheese- all egg dishes had cheese in it. This was a Sunday morning. Empty restaurant, and although the service and ground are gorgeous- this restaurant should be shut down. I’m sorry.
