  Consistently slow…..like really slow. They are Prone to mess up orders. Most recent trip….cashier didn’t even give me my credit card back. I gave it to them, they handed me drinks and foods and I departed. Didn’t realize until I got home (stupid on my part) but still, they just swiped my card and never gave it back. It took 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. I don’t live close by so now I gotta cancel it. We LOVE Mcdanks but this place sucks. Make the Manchester McDonalds great again!! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Completely unbelievable. It's either they don't want to work or don't know how to work, or both. I am very patient, after waiting behind 4 cars, then have someone pull up on the other side get service before me when I've been waiting for 10 plus minutes, is complete and utterly absurd. Unacceptable. To say I was upset is an understatement. I am a local and go here several times a week. This is the last time I'll ever attempt to go to Manchester McDonald's. I would recommend going to a dumpster before recommending this McDonald's, there isn't much difference.

  This is the first time I have ever written a negative review for any restaurant, but my experience at this McDonald’s left me with no choice.
  
  I placed a takeout order through the mobile app tonight. When I received my order, I noticed that the Sprite included in my meal was missing. I returned to the counter, and the older gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and polite. I really appreciated him. At that point, I had no complaints about the service.
  
  However, I had also ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish, and I later realized that I had been given a single Filet-O-Fish instead. I went back to the counter again to explain the issue. The same gentleman handed the burger to a woman in the kitchen area who was wearing black clothing, glasses, and did not appear to be in a proper McDonald’s uniform. She seemed visibly irritated and unwilling to help.
  
  What shocked me the most was that she lifted the fish patty with her bare hands, without wearing gloves, to check the burger — and she did this in front of everyone. I was completely stunned. This was extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. Even the gentleman assisting me appeared embarrassed by the situation.
  
  I have never seen food safety standards handled so poorly at any McDonald’s location before, nor have I encountered such an unpleasant attitude from staff. This incident seriously concerns me regarding hygiene practices and employee training.
  
  I sincerely hope McDonald’s will take this matter seriously and improve employee training, supervision, and food safety standards to prevent this from happening again.

  Mcdonald's was incredibly busy and slightly understaffed. And although the wait was long... some employees were clearly busting, to do the best possible job they could. People were rude an impatient, and everyone there was incredibly professional, despite it. Thank you for your perseverance.

  This location says it’s open until 11 PM But will not serve customers that walk in the building after 9:30. Even though the doors aren’t locked for an hour and a half after that. They only provide service for people that go through the drive-through, even though it is the same exact thing and you are able to just order at the counter instead of at the drive-through window. This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever went to.
